The Maquoketa Company is seeking an experienced team player to supervise 2nd shift for our manufacturing operation. Position hours are on 2nd shift, Monday - Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM. The 2nd shift supervisor will be a working supervisor, performing some manufacturing tasks. Previous experience in a leadership role in a manufacturing environment or related work experience required. CNC experience preferred.

We’re seeking qualified candidates for an Instructional Design Specialist in our Learning & Development Department. This position will create and maintain training content, such as videos, eLearning, and graphic content that would be used for compliance training, new hire orientation, work instructions, policies, and procedures. The Instructional Design Specialist will frequently collaborate with employees and managers on projects, so excellent communication skills along with strong organizational and project management skills are required. Daily tasks include: authoring eLearning courses; filming and editing video; creating illustrations and animations; and capturing and editing photos.

This position requires proficiency in Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams; 2 years of graphic design experience, video editing or equivalent education experience; proficiency in Adobe programs including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator; and excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Experience using Articulate Storyline (or similar program) would be a plus.
